funding paramedic training

Applying for an AHF Grant

Advancing Heroes is a small but mighty not-for-profit that awards 4 grants per year (we are working hard to increase that number). Grants are made on the student's behalf to the institution where they are enrolled in training. At this time, we are working with the Paramedic program at Echo Hose Training Center in Shelton and the Paramedic programs through Hartford Healthcare.  Enrolled students are given the opportunity to apply for these grants in the late spring/early summer. If the student leaves the program, the grants stays with the school and is assigned to another student.
